On the first Friday of each month, The Tipsy Cow trades ice cream is bringing our love of homemade food and creative flavors to The Understory for a thoughtfully crafted night out experience.
Make it a date night, gather a few friends, book a babysitter and treat yourself to a well-deserved evening out! These dinners are designed to give the grown-ups a little time to themselves. Leave the cooking (and the dishes!) to us while you settle in for a delicious meal, good conversation, and a little break from the everyday.
Just like our ice cream, we believe the best things are made from scratch. We're talking freshly baked rolls, butter whipped in-house, homemade dressings, freshly prepared seasonal entrées, and, of course, dessert. We source ingredients locally whenever possible and put a little extra love into every course.
With just 16 seats available, each dinner is a cozy, small-table gathering with a carefully crafted menu that changes every month.

Welcome Mocktail
A seasonal, house-crafted mocktail to start your evening, with refreshing cucumber-lime infused water served throughout dinner.
Fresh-Baked Rolls
Warm homemade rolls served with house-whipped sun-dried tomato honey butter.
Autumn Salad
Fresh greens, shaved carrots, feta, and sunflower seeds with our homemade curry-honey mustard dressing.
Seasonal Entrée
A scratch-made seasonal main course, to be announced soon.
The Spicy Bee Sundae
A warm hot-honey mini scone topped with our homemade vanilla ice cream, hot honey drizzle, and freshly whipped cream.
